\u00e0 Marseille"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avec le Vieux-Port, Notre Dame de la Garde, la Corniche, le<span style=\"color: #008000;\"> <strong>Parc National des Calanques<\/strong> <\/span>est un incontournable de la visite de Marseille.<br \/>A seulement 1h de Hy\u00e8res, je vous propose un circuit en <b>v\u00e9lo Gravel<\/b> permettant de d\u00e9couvrir quelques-uns des paysages du parc, au guidon de votre <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">v\u00e9lo gravel ou VTT<\/span><\/strong>, loin de l&rsquo;agitation de la cit\u00e9 Phoc\u00e9enne.<br \/>Je vous sugg\u00e8re 2 parcours au d\u00e9part du Decathlon Bonneveine : <br \/>&#8211; <strong>23 km \/ 373m D+<\/strong> : <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">direction la facult\u00e9 de Luminy<\/span><\/strong>, environ 1 km apr\u00e8s le rond-point prendre la premi\u00e8re DFCI sur la gauche, puis apr\u00e8s la descente sur le vallon Ricard, prendre \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 gauche<br \/>Trace GPS : <a href=\"https:\/\/connect.garmin.com\/modern\/activity\/6598286005\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/connect.garmin.com\/modern\/activity\/6598286005<\/a><br \/>&#8211; <strong>33 km \/ 743m D+<\/strong> : direction le rond-point de Luminy, direction Cassis par le <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>col de la Gineste<\/strong><\/span> (327m), en face du camp militaire prendre la route en descente \u00e0 droite direction for\u00eat de la Gardiole, au creux du vallon (km 14.5) passer la barri\u00e8re et prendre la piste \u00e0 droite direction le <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>col Ricard<\/strong><\/span>, les derniers 500 m avant le sommet doivent se faire en poussant le v\u00e9lo, la suite est une succession de descentes et plats qui am\u00e8nent aux
